We are happy and excited to serve you with Beejek digital receipts.
What is Beejek Receipt?
Beejek digital receipts allow you to send digital receipts to shopping customers directly from your LightSpeed R-Series PoS. Your customers can receive and store their Beejek receipts on the customer app and on customer’s WhatsApp.
How Beejek works with LightSpeed R-Series Integration:
If you haven’t integrated Beejek with LightSpeed R-Series PoS, here are the steps to Integrate LightSpeed R-Series PoS with Beejek to Send WhatsApp Receipts
- Register your LightSpeed R-Series stores with Beejek and complete your store profile
- Create a sale in LightSpeed R-Series as usual to your customer. We need you to enter the phone number of a customer to send the receipt.
- The receipt is sent directly to customer WhatsApp and Customer Beejek App

High-Level Steps to send a Beejek Digital Receipt from your LightSpeed R-Series PoS to a Customer’s WhatsApp
You can continue your business as usual.
To send a digital receipt through Beejek to your customer’s WhatsApp, you will have to:
- During a Sale, select the Existing Customer OR Create a New Customer
- Enter the Customer Phone Number. It’s good to have the Customer Country selected too!
Note: If no customer country is selected, Beejek will automatically take the Country Code of the Merchant
- Complete the Sale. The Receipt is sent to the Customer’s WhatsApp automatically from Beejek!
Detailed steps to send Beejek WhatsApp Receipts from LightSpeed R-Series PoS to an Existing Customer:
Note: Make sure you complete your Beejek integration from LightSpeed R-Series PoS. If you haven’t completed the integration, follow this link.
You can now continue your business as usual.
To send a digital receipt on your customer WhatsApp through Beejek, you will have to:
- Select the existing Customer
- Make sure the Customer Phone Number is entered. It’s good to have the Customer Country selected too!
Note: If no customer country is selected, Beejek will automatically take the Country Code of the Merchant
- Complete the Sale. The Receipt is sent to the Customer’s WhatsApp automatically from Beejek!
Let’s look at the steps in detail:
Step 1: Navigate to the LightSpeed R-Series PoS menu and click Sales.
Step 2: Click New Sale.

Step 3: Add the Item for sale.

Step 4: Enter the Customer Name.
Step 5: Click Search.

Step 6: The Existing Customer appears.

Make sure the Existing Customer has a phone number entered.
Step 7: Click Edit

Step 8: Enter Mobile Number.
Step 9: It’s a good practice to enter the Customer Country.
Step 10: Click Save Changes.

Note:
1. When a ‘Customer Number’ is not added while making a sale, the receipt will not be saved in Beejek and hence the receipt will not be delivered
2. Enter the phone number without entering the country code. For example, enter 23456789 and not +6123456789
3. If a customer phone number is invalid/incorrect, the receipt will be saved in Beejek. But the receipt will not be delivered to the customer.
→ You can check Failed Receipts tab from the Beejek Merchant Dashboard and resend the receipt.
The customer Mobile Number is saved.
Step 11: Click Checkout.

The checkout page appears. Now complete the sale.
Step 12: Click Payment.

Step 13: Click Finish Sale.

Once you click Finish Sale, the receipt is automatically transferred to the Customer’s WhatsApp Number.
You DO NOT HAVE TO PRINT THE RECEIPT again!
Step 15: Click Cancel.

To view your sent receipt, perform the following steps:
Check your Beejek Merchant Dashboard. The receipt is now transacted and a new row for the receipt appears.
Step 16: Click the New Receipt Row to view the receipt.

Step 17: The receipt delivered to the customer is displayed.

Steps to send a Beejek Digital Receipt from your Loyverse PoS to a New Customer
To send a digital receipt on your new customer’s WhatsApp through Beejek, you will have to:
- Create a New Customer
- Make sure the Customer Phone Number is entered. It’s good to have the Customer Country selected too!
Note: If no customer country is selected, Beejek will automatically take the Country Code of the Merchant
- Complete the Sale. The Receipt is sent to the Customer’s WhatsApp automatically from Beejek!
Let’s look at the steps in detail:

Step 2: Click New Sale.

Step 3: Add the Item for sale.

Step 4: Click New Customer.
