What are Beejek Receipts?

Beejek is a web/mobile platform that allows merchants to send digital receipts to shopping customers. Customers can receive and store their beejek receipts on the customer app. This eliminates the need for paper receipts with shopping transactions. Beejek intends to provide an alternative sustainable choice to help with global warming and climate change.

How Beejek works for Merchants?

Beejek provides a simple API integration with your existing Point of Sale (PoS) software to work. If you would like your PoS company to have Beejek Receipts add-on implemented for you, contact us and we will kickstart your implementation.
Once the API integration with PoS is complete, you would need to register with Beejek.
You can then automatically start sending digital receipts to your customers to Customer Beejek application, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Why is Merchant Profile Important?

Your receipts generated for customers needs to have a valid data to send your customers. To send a dynamic and the most up to date data, we would need to take some details that are displayed on the receipt.

How to update your Merchant Profile details?

After Beejek integration with PoS and your required permissions, Beejek automatically transfers as much profie data as possibe from your PoS. However, we would like you to verify these profile details and add any field that is yet to be completed.
  • Part of your merchant profile fields comes from your PoS
  • Part of your merchant profile fields need to be filled manually

Note: Click the Edit icon next to a field to enter or edit any of your field information and click Save at the bottom.

How to update Merchant Details details in Beejek Merchant Profile

Merchant Details details in Beejek Merchant Profile helps Beejek identify you as a Merchant, your Point of Contact, and your mapping with your PoS.
This helps us create a bridge between your store, your PoS and Beejek.

How to update Store details in Beejek Merchant Profile

Store details in Beejek Merchant Profile helps you to create a store for sending Beejek digitsl receipts. A lot of this data also is taken from your PoS but please do validate and add any missing data.
Store data is specifically for your store details like store name, store address, store cashier name, phone etc. This is for your customers to identify your store in the Beejek receipt.

How to add or edit a new store in Beejek Merchant Profile

You can add multiple stores as a merchant in Beejek Profile. All you need to do is click ‘Add New Store’ button and enter all the relevant store details.
Your store gets identified by your Store Area and can also have a view of store specific receipts.
You can add as many stores as you like for Beejek digital receipts.

How to update Branding Details in Beejek Merchant Profile

Your branding details helps you create a dynamic digital receipt experience for your customer. Your customers can interact with you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and visit your website for email signups.
This creates a true digital connection with your customer. In most cases, you need to enter the Branding details section manually.
